Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 kiwis
- 40 g butter, soft
- 2 tsp horseradish, grated (from the jar)
- 4 slice(s) of toast bread (rye toast of 30g each)
- 4 slices of smoked salmon
- Lemon balm
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel the kiwis and puree half a kiwi. Mix the kiwi puree with butter and horseradish. Toast the toast and spread with kiwi and horseradish butter. Place the salmon slices on top. Slice the remaining kiwis, quarter them, and place them on top of the salmon. Garnish with lemon balm.
