Ingredients
For the salmon tartare:
- 500 g Sashimi salmon
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- Salt pepper
For the avocado bed:
- 4 Pc. Avocado
- 1 Pc. Lime
- 1 Pc. Lemon
- Salt pepper
For the hash brown:
- 1 kg Potatoes
- 2 Pc. Eggs
- Olive oil
- Ghee butter oil
- Salt pepper
Instructions
Salmon tartar:
- Cut the sashimi salmon into small and medium-sized pieces and season with lemon juice and salt and pepper.
Avocado bed:
- Cut the avocados into small pieces, season with lime and lemon as well as salt and pepper.
Hash browns:
- Finely grate the potatoes and mix with the eggs and add a little salt and pepper. Then fry on both sides in a pan with olive oil and ghee butter oil.
- Then arrange the hash browns on a plate and pile up the avocado bed and salmon.
