delicious with salad

Frozen salmon slices are a great option for this recipe. Defrost them slowly. Remove any dark, fishy bits from the salmon slices and drizzle with a little lime juice. Spread the garlic paste in the center of a large piece of aluminum foil (ideally grill foil or two sheets of aluminum foil on top of each other). Place the salmon side by side on top and spread with wild garlic paste. Season with salt and pepper. Seal the aluminum packet tightly at the top and sides. Not too tightly; there should still be air inside. Grill on a kettle grill with the lid closed at medium indirect heat for about 10 minutes. The cooking time is approximate, as the temperature inside the grill can fluctuate. Open the packet and check for doneness, then cook for a little longer if necessary. Serve best with bread and a salad.
