Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 500 g potato gnocchi
- 1 small onion(s)
- 100 ml white wine
- 50 g crème fraîche
- dill
- 100 ml cream
- salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Sauté the onion in a little butter, deglaze with white wine, add the crème fraîche and cream, along with the lemon juice and dill. Let it simmer slightly. Cut the salmon into coarse strips and let it simmer. Stir gently to avoid mashing the salmon. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with the gnocchi according to the instructions and enjoy.
