- 500 g leek
- 750 ml meat broth
- 150 g herb cheese spread
- 150 g cream cheese spread
- 1 crème fraîche
- 500 g minced beef
- 1 onion(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Slice the leek into rings and simmer in the broth for 20 minutes. Melt the herb and cream cheese in the soup, then add 1 cup of crème fraîche. Brown the ground beef with the finely chopped onion, season with pepper and salt, and stir into the soup. Serve with a baguette.
