Experience the fish classic in a new way with a homemade lemon-dill sauce

Peel the potatoes and boil them in lightly salted water until tender. Melt about 30g of butter in a pan and toss the cooked potatoes in it. Add the parsley, mix well, and season with salt and pepper. Melt the remaining butter in a saucepan and stir in the flour with a whisk. Now add the milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add the dill and immediately remove the sauce from the heat. Stir in the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the salmon fillet for about 3 minutes on each side until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper and then serve with the sauce and the parsley potatoes.
