Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 piece of pork neck
- 1 kg salt
- pepper
- Mustard, hot
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Sprinkle a whole pork neck or shoulder with pepper and spread with mustard. Spread a bed of salt (approx. 1 cm deep) on a baking sheet and place the seasoned meat on top. Allow approximately 1 hour of baking time per kilogram of meat in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius. Serve with seasonal salads, crusty bread, and drinks of your choice. A classic for any party buffet.
