Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bunch of soup vegetables
- Herbs (chives, parsley)
- some butter
- 1 egg(s)
- possibly garlic
- 2 pretzel sticks
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Soup vegetables with egg on pretzel sticks
Cut the pretzel sticks into approximately 1 cm thick slices. Brush with butter. Finely chop some of the soup vegetables, thicken with a beaten egg, season, and add herbs. Season with salt and pepper, and garlic if desired. Spread the mash over the pretzel stick slices and bake in the oven until nice and crispy. This garnish tastes even better if you use more carrots. This gives the soup a slightly sweet taste. Tip: Make more than you need. It’s great for freezing.
