Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 200 g cornstarch
- 190 g flour
- Fat, for the tray
- some flour, for dusting

Cream the butter with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Add the flour and cornstarch to the butter mixture and mix well. Form the dough into balls and place them on a greased baking sheet. Use a fork dipped in flour to make patterns. It’s important not to set the baking temperature too high. Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes, or until the dough is not too dark.
