Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 700 g flour
  • 500 g margarine
  • 250 g powdered sugar
  • 1 ½ packets of vanilla sugar
  • possibly powdered sugar
  • possibly chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

It’s super easy and tastes delicious!

Combine the flour, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar in an even layer. Add the margarine and knead thoroughly. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for about an hour. Once cooled, roll the dough into a thick sausage shape and cut into even slices. Place the resulting cookies on baking sheets and bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C. The cookies don’t need to brown completely; they taste best that way! If you like, you can also decorate the cookies with chocolate or simply dust them with powdered sugar.
