Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 white bread (white loaf)
  • 1 box of cress
  • 75 g radishes
  • 150 g cooked ham
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp quark or cream cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wash and drain the cress and radishes. Finely dice the radishes and ham and mix with the cress, mayonnaise, and quark. Season with salt and pepper. Remove the crust from the bread and cut lengthwise into approximately 1.5 cm thick slices. Roll these slices flat with a rolling pin. Spread the ham and radish mixture over the flattened slices, leaving about 2 cm free at the top edge, otherwise the mixture will ooze out when rolled up. Now roll up the coated slices, starting from the short side. Cut these rolls into 2 cm wide pieces.
