Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 baguette roll (wholemeal)
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter
  • 20 g lamb’s lettuce
  • ½ avocado(s)
  • 1 pinch(s) of iodized salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • ½ tomato(s)
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 dash of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of garlic
  • 1 some sprouts (beetroot sprouts)

Working time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

vegan snack

First, prepare the guacamole: Mash the avocado in a bowl. Chop the tomato into small pieces and toss it with the avocado, salt, pepper, crushed (fresh) garlic, a drizzle of olive oil, and a squeeze of lemon juice. Now cut open the bread roll and spread cashew butter on one side and guacamole on the other. Place the lettuce on one side and optionally add beetroot sprouts.
