Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • ½ tsp margarine, low-fat
  • 1 tsp chives
  • ½ tsp coarse mustard
  • 40 g cucumber(s)
  • 40 g cooked ham, thinly sliced
  • 2 slices of wholemeal bread

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wholemeal bread with chive and mustard butter

To make the chive and mustard butter, take a small bowl and mix the low-fat margarine with the mustard and chives. Boil the egg before adding the topping. Slice the egg and cucumber. Spread the chive and mustard butter on the two slices of bread and top with the other ingredients. Depending on your taste, you can also use chicken breast fillet or other cold cuts.
