ideal dinner if you have leftover salad from lunch

Toast the toast or bake the sliced flatbread and spread with the cream cheese. Drain the leftover lettuce well and top a slice of bread with it, add the remaining ingredients, then place the second slice of toast or the flatbread lid on top and enjoy. If you don’t like soggy leaf lettuce, you can try the leftover dish with leftover cucumber or tomato salad. Sprinkle with fresh herbs if desired. Instead of ham, you can also use leftover roast meat or sausage; vegetarians can add a piece of goat cheese. This is a typical leftover dish – when you have some leftover salad and don’t know what to do with it. Whatever you have in the fridge that tastes good can be added to the sandwich.
