Sandwich with roasted turkey breast

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 slices of toasted bread
  • 1 turkey breast, halved depending on thickness
  • 1 dashes vinegar (wildberry vinegar)
  • 1 tbsp, strained broth (Vegeta)
  • 1 tomato(s), sliced
  • 6 slices of cucumber
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp Balsamic vinegar (Crema di Balsamic vinegar)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Drizzle the turkey breast with wild berry vinegar and rub it with Vegeta on both sides. Then fry it in a pan. Mix the mayonnaise with the ketchup and balsamic vinegar and spread it on both slices of toast. Top with the roasted turkey breast and the tomato and cucumber slices.
