Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 750 g honeydew melon(s)
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 2 vanilla pods
  • 500 g gelling sugar, 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the honeydew melon and strawberries into pieces. Split the vanilla pods lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Puree the melon and strawberries very finely. Bring to a boil with the gelling sugar, stirring continuously according to the package instructions. Finally, add the vanilla seeds. Pour into glasses and turn upside down for 5 minutes.
