Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 3 cucumber(s) (pickles)
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 can of sardines in oil
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Herbs of Provence

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Recycling of Easter eggs

Finely chop the onion, pickles, and eggs. Drain and chop the sardines, then mix everything well. Add enough sour cream to make the spread spreadable. Season with Provençal herbs, salt, and pepper. If making the spread in a food processor, please do not over-blend.
