Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 4 garlic cloves, diced
  • 1 tomato paste
  • 2 packs of tomatoes, peeled
  • 1 jar mushrooms, drained
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red, diced
  • 1 pack of cream cheese spread
  • 1 pack of processed cheese with herbs
  • salt and pepper
  • Pizza spice mix
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green, diced
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow, diced

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Brown the ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Add the diced onion and garlic. Add the mushrooms, corn, and diced bell pepper. Now add the tomato paste and peeled tomatoes. Let it simmer slightly. Add the cream cheese and herb cheese, stirring occasionally until the cheese is melted. Season to taste with plenty of pizza seasoning. Serve with a baguette.
