Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 roll
  • 1 slice(s) stuffed stomach (Palatinate Saumagen)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • yogurt
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Palatinate Saumagen Burger

Slice the onion into (half) rings and sauté in a pan with butter and a little sugar over low heat until golden brown. Remove the braised onions from the pan and fry the saumagen on both sides. Cut open the bread roll, spread a thin layer of mustard on the underside, if desired, then place the saumagen slice on top and cover with plenty of braised onions. Spread a dollop of yogurt (or a little crushed garlic) on top and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
