Baked baguette

Boil 4 eggs for about 10 minutes, finely chop the chives, 3 cloves of garlic, and 2 cucumbers. Rinse the hard-boiled eggs with cold water, then peel and finely chop. Place everything in a bowl, add 5 tablespoons of oil, 4 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of mustard, and 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise, then season with salt and pepper. Cut the baguette into slices, preheat the oven to 230 degrees Celsius, place the cheese on the bread rolls, and bake for 7 minutes. Once the cheese has melted, remove the bread rolls from the oven, pour the sauce on them, and serve with your desired side dish, such as a slice of bacon on top.
