- 250 g Quark 40%
- 1 piece Fresh ginger, the size of a hazelnut
- 1 piece Fresh shallot
- 3 piece Garlic cloves
- 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Teaspoon (level) Sugar
- Peel the ginger, garlic and shallot. Grate the shallot and ginger, dice the garlic very finely and then mash it with the back of a knife.
- Mix the quark well with the garlic, ginger and shallot and season with pepper, salt and sugar.
- Let it steep in the refrigerator for at least three to four hours.
