Ingredients
- 1 can Chopped tomatoes
- 2 Shallots
- 4 tbsp Chives
- 1 tbsp Basil
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Fresh garlic
- Pepper
- Salt
- Tabasco
Instructions
- Put the tomatoes in a bowl, finely chop the shallots, finely chop the chives and basil and also add the garlic clove through the press ... also put in. Add olive oil and season with salt, pepper and Tabasco and mix everything well. Let it steep for about 1/2 hour then it is well drawn. Tastes great with steak
