Sauces: Wild Garlic Tartar Sauce

  • 20 g Wild garlic
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 25 ml Cream
  • 1 small Pickled cucumber
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  1. Cut the wild garlic into small pieces and place in a suitable container with all the ingredients.
  2. Mix vigorously with a hand blender.
