Ingredients
- 20 g Wild garlic
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 25 ml Cream
- 1 small Pickled cucumber
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
Instructions
- Cut the wild garlic into small pieces and place in a suitable container with all the ingredients.
- Mix vigorously with a hand blender.
