Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 bags of sauerkraut
- 125 g bacon (belly bacon), raw
- ⅛ liter white wine, dry
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 100 g butter
- 2 tbsp vegetable broth, instant
Instructions

Cut the bacon into small cubes. Finely dice the onion. Heat the butter in a saucepan and sauté the bacon and onions until translucent. Add the sauerkraut and stir. Briefly fry everything. Stir in the vegetable stock and fry briefly over medium heat. Deglaze with the wine. Stir well. Heat for 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
