Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of pizza dough (for a springform pan)
- 300 g minced beef
- 300 g minced pork
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 can sauerkraut (medium)
- 1 bottle of sauce for seasoning, (hot)
- 150 g sausage (beer ham)
- 150g salami
- 250 g cheese (Gouda)
- breadcrumbs
- Mustard
- Salt
- pepper
- 1 egg(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Prepare the pizza dough according to the instructions and let it rest for a while. In the meantime, season the ground meat (onion, egg, mustard, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs) and sear it. Add the sauerkraut and cook thoroughly (about 5 minutes). Stir in the seasoning sauce and bring back to a boil. Place the salami and ham on the rolled-out pizza dough (in the springform pan). Spread the slightly cooled ground meat and sauerkraut mixture on top. Finally, sprinkle the cheese over the top. Bake for about 50-60 minutes.
