- 250 g Sauerkraut drained
- Mustard sweet
- Salt

- Caraway seeds
- Salt roughly to taste

- Prepare the dough according to the recipe.
- Drain the sauerkraut well, squeeze it out again if necessary and cut it into small pieces. Then season well with salt and pepper and a little caraway seeds.
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° O / U. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the dough into a round shape, approx. 40 cm in diameter, brush with mustard and spread the sauerkraut on top. Divide into 12 parts and roll a triangle close to the tip into a croissant.
