Sausage goulash – pot with noodles

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g pasta (spiral pasta)
  • 400 g meat sausage, cut into medium cubes
  • 3 bell peppers
  • 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
  • 5 tbsp tomato paste
  • 125 ml crème fraîche
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • 2 small onions
  • 1 jar mushrooms, drained
  • e.g. basil, freshly chopped or frozen
  • e.g. oregano
  • pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Microwave, with or without Tupperware

Pre-cook the pasta until al dente (about 2 minutes less than specified). Add the onions to the Quick-Chef and turn a few times. Add the bell peppers and chop them as well. Alternatively, dice the onions with a knife and finely slice the bell peppers. Combine all prepared ingredients in the UltraPlus 3L saucepan or the large saucepan from the Micro 3 Cooking Set (or another large, microwave-safe dish). Cook with the lid on for 14 minutes at 600 watts, stirring twice in between. Let stand for 4 minutes before serving.
