Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • Butter for frying
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 ring/s of meat sausage
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 cup of cream
  • e.g. tomato ketchup
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. spice(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

delicious, cheap, easy and fast

Add some butter to a pan and fry. Finely dice the onion and sauté until translucent. Halve the sausage lengthwise and then cut into thin slices. Add to the onions and fry until browned. Add the corn. Mix with cream and enough tomato ketchup to achieve a light orange-red color. Season to taste and simmer for about 10 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes or pasta.
