Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 150 g sour milk
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 g sugar
  • 2 tsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • ½ tbsp dill
  • 2 gherkins
  • 200 g sausage (Krakauer)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Mix the mayonnaise with the sour cream and mustard. Season with pepper, salt, sugar, and vinegar. Finely chop the dill and stir in. Finely slice the gherkins and add. Finely slice the Krakow sausages. Mix them into the sauce. Cover the salad and let it marinate in the refrigerator.
