Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ piece(s) of meat sausage
- 100 g cheese, Emmental
- 2 stalk(s) asparagus, from the jar
- 10 mushrooms, from the jar
- 200 g natural yogurt
- 6 tbsp tartar sauce
- 2 tsp Ajvar, hot
Instructions

as a spread or for a party platter
Cut the sausage and cheese into thin strips, and the asparagus spears into small, bite-sized pieces. Add the mushrooms and mix well with the yogurt, remoulade, and ajwar. The salad is perfect as a spread on bread or as part of a party platter.
