Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ piece(s) of meat sausage
  • 100 g cheese, Emmental
  • 2 stalk(s) asparagus, from the jar
  • 10 mushrooms, from the jar
  • 200 g natural yogurt
  • 6 tbsp tartar sauce
  • 2 tsp Ajvar, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

as a spread or for a party platter

Cut the sausage and cheese into thin strips, and the asparagus spears into small, bite-sized pieces. Add the mushrooms and mix well with the yogurt, remoulade, and ajwar. The salad is perfect as a spread on bread or as part of a party platter.
