Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg minced meat (1/2 beef and 1/2 pork)
- 2 large onions
- ½ liter meat broth
- 1 jar Ajvar (large)
- 2 pts. cream cheese spread
- 1 pt. processed cheese (herbs)
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of Fondor
- 1 chili pepper(s) as desired
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Dice the onions and sauté them with the minced meat in a deep pot. Deglaze with the meat broth. Then add the ajvar, cream and herb cheese spread, and crème fraîche one after the other. Bring everything back to a boil and simmer for about 20 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and Fondor if desired. If you like it a bit spicier, add 1 (chopped) chili pepper.
