Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g sausage (white or red pressed sausage)
- 75 g water
- some salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 1 some paprika powder
- 1 onion(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Allgäu snack
Slice the pressed sausage and place it in a shallow bowl. Mix the water, vinegar, oil, salt, sugar, and pepper and pour it over the sausage. Let it sit for a few minutes. Slice the onion into rings and mix it raw into the dressed pressed sausage. Serve with farmhouse bread and fresh butter.
