Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g sausage (Vienna sausages)
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the sausages into thin slices. Wash, trim, and quarter the radishes. Peel the cucumber, halve it lengthwise, and scoop out the seeds. Slice the cucumber halves. Drain the corn. Mix the salad ingredients together. Mix the vinegar with salt, pepper, and oil, season to taste, and pour over the salad. Sprinkle with parsley and then mix thoroughly.
