Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g meat sausage
- 100 g sausage (ham sausage)
- 1 small onion(s)
- 5 small gherkins
- 1 tsp, heaped herbs, (salad herbs), dried
- oil
- Vinegar
- pepper
- possibly bell pepper(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the sausage and ham into thin strips, dice the onion very finely. Dice the gherkins in the same way or slice them very thinly (using a cucumber slicer works well). Mix everything together and season with vinegar (not too much, as the pickles are almost acidic enough!), oil, and pepper. If you like, you can also add finely chopped bell peppers. Let it sit for a short while.
