Sausage salad with broth

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g sausage (Lyon beer ham)
  • 1 medium-sized bell pepper(s)
  • 5 m.-large gherkins
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, lighter
  • 300 ml chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp mustard, hot
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Chop all solid ingredients and combine in a large bowl. For the dressing, combine the balsamic vinegar and mustard (emulsion), stir in the chicken broth, then season and pour over the ingredients. Let stand for 1 hour.
