Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g meat sausage
- 2 Cabanossi
- 4 onions, red
- 3 tbsp herb vinegar
- 6 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp mustard
- Parsley
- chives
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes
Slice the bologna and Cabanossi. Peel and thinly slice the onions. For the dressing, combine all ingredients. Add the sausages and onions, cover, and let stand for about 3 hours. Finely chop the parsley and chives and mix into the salad.
