Ingredients for 20 servings:
- 20 sausages, Vienna
- 2 ½ kg bell pepper(s)
- 6 cans of corn
- 1 cup vinegar
- ½ cup oil
- 1 cup meat broth, hot (cubes)
- 3 onions
- salt and pepper
- Thyme
- basil
- 2 tbsp mustard
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Slice the sausages. Clean and wash the bell peppers, halve them, and cut them into thin strips. Add the corn and liquid. Make a spicy sauce from the vinegar, oil, meat broth, diced onions, spices, and mustard. Toss the salad with the sauce and let it stand for 30 minutes. Season again.
