Sausage Skewers with KaKa Pound
The perfect sausage skewers with kaka pound recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Skewers:
- 400 g Potatoes
- Salt
- White milled pepper
- 30 g Butter
- 4 Red onions, peel and quarter
- 1 Glass Mini corn on the cob
- 600 g Bratwurst fine
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 3 stalk Chopped parsley
- 30 g Butter

- Peel and dice carrots and potatoes and cook in salted boiling water or vegetable stock for 20 minutes. Pour off the liquid, but collect something. Add the butter to the carrot and potato mix and mash it with the masher. If the mash is too firm with the collected brew, make it pliable,
Skewers
- Cut the sausage into large slices, drain the corn on the cob, cut in half. Alternately put the kebab skewers in 1 slice of sausage, corn on the cob and onion quarters.
