Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 large slices of (to taste) dough, frozen
- 4 small Bockwurst
- 4 slices of cheese (e.g. Bonbel)
- 1 small egg(s)
- 4 slices of processed cheese or other cheese for topping

quick snack that fills you up
Thaw the puff pastry sheets and cut them in half. Cut the frankfurters in half. Do the same with the first portion of cheese. Place a piece of cheese on the puff pastry, then roll up the sausage half and smooth the seam with a knife. Press the ends together firmly to form a sealed parcel. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Beat the egg and brush it over the parcels. Finally, cut the processed cheese in half and top each parcel with a strip of cheese. Bake in the oven on the middle rack at 200°C for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown.
