Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter, room temperature
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 chili pepper(s), red
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

ideal for grilling or as a spread

Deseed the chili pepper and dice very finely. Crush the garlic. Mix all ingredients in a deep plate with a fork. Season the chili butter to taste and refrigerate until ready to serve. It tastes especially delicious with freshly baked ciabatta and grilled steak.
