Preheat oven to 210°C. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Loosely mix in butter with your fingertips. Make a well in the center. Mix together milk and water and pour into the well, reserving a teaspoon for glazing. Starting in the center, quickly knead into a soft dough. Carefully roll out the dough on a floured surface with your hands into a rectangle about 1.5 cm thick. Mix together the cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, peppers, olives, and seasonings, if desired. Spread the filling over the dough. Roll up the dough like a Swiss roll and place seam-down on a greased baking sheet. Shape the roll into a horseshoe, score it every 2 cm, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
