Scrambled eggs with cervelat sausage

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 spring onions
  • 100 g sausage (cervelat sausage)
  • 6 eggs
  • 4 slices of brown bread
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 4 tsp butter or margarine
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Thinly slice the spring onion and slice the sausage into strips, then sauté in oil. Crack the eggs, whisk well, and season. Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Let it set for about 6-8 minutes, stirring frequently. Toast the brown bread and spread with 1 teaspoon of butter (or margarine). Spread the scrambled eggs on the bread slices.
