Savory Meatballs with Green Pepper

- 1 kg Minced meat half and half
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- 1,5 Rolls stale
- Eggs
- 1 size Finely diced onion
- 1 Garlic clove finely diced
- 1 tbsp Green pepper
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- soak the rolls in lukewarm water
