  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill

  • 1 Garlic clove finely diced
  • 1 tbsp Green pepper
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil

  • soak the rolls in lukewarm water
  • Put the minced meat in a bowl, add salt, pepper, eggs, garlic cubes, onion cubes and the green pepper
  • When the rolls are soft, squeeze them out well and also add to the mince
  • Knead the whole thing well with your hands until a firm meat dough has formed and season to taste
  • Pour the rapeseed oil into a pan and heat it up
  • Shape meatballs with damp hands and fry them well on both sides in the hot oil
  • I make more and more meatballs because I freeze them in portions and also like to eat meatballs cold
