Ingredients
- 1 kg Minced meat half and half
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- 1,5 Rolls stale
- Eggs
- 1 size Finely diced onion
- 1 Garlic clove finely diced
- 1 tbsp Green pepper
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
Instructions
- soak the rolls in lukewarm water
- Put the minced meat in a bowl, add salt, pepper, eggs, garlic cubes, onion cubes and the green pepper
- When the rolls are soft, squeeze them out well and also add to the mince
- Knead the whole thing well with your hands until a firm meat dough has formed and season to taste
- Pour the rapeseed oil into a pan and heat it up
- Shape meatballs with damp hands and fry them well on both sides in the hot oil
- I make more and more meatballs because I freeze them in portions and also like to eat meatballs cold
