Carrot Cake with Walnuts

- 130 g Soft butter
- 200 g Sugar
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 275 g Finely grated carrots
- 3 Eggs
- 75 g Walnuts
- 150 g Flour
- 100 g Grated almonds
- 75 g Food starch
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 0,5 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Salt
- Fat for the shape
- Icing sugar to sprinkle on
- preheat the oven to 175 ° convection …….. chop the walnuts …. mix the flour, almonds, cornstarch and baking powder together
- stir the butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy …. add cinnamon and salt
