Carrot Cake with Walnuts

  • 130 g Soft butter
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 275 g Finely grated carrots
  • 3 Eggs
  • 75 g Walnuts
  • 150 g Flour
  • 100 g Grated almonds
  • 75 g Food starch
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 0,5 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Fat for the shape
  • Icing sugar to sprinkle on
