Savory Meatballs with Rice

- 100 g Remainder of cooked basmati rice
- 50 g Mett rest
- 50 g Onions
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 piece Ginger the size of a walnut
- 0,5 Green chilli pepper
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Mild curry powder
- 0,5 tsp Ground cumin
- 4 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 4 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- Peel and dice the onion. Peel and finely dice the garlic clove and ginger. Clean / core the chilli pepper, wash and finely dice. All ingredients (100 g cooked rice, 50 g ground meat, 50 g diced onions, 1 clove of garlic finely diced, 1 piece of ginger the size of a walnut finely diced, ½ green chilli pepper finely diced, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon mild curry powder and ½ teaspoon ground cumin ) in a bowl and mix well. Shape 4 meatballs with moistened hands, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in a pan with oil (4 tbsp) on both sides until golden-brown. The meatballs can be used for many dishes or they just taste like that.
