Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 ml Aperol
- 750 ml white wine
- 500 ml apple juice
- 5 tbsp orange syrup
- e.g. cinnamon stick(s), orange slices and rosemary, for garnishing
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
First, heat the white wine in a saucepan over medium heat. Important: Do not allow the white wine to boil, but only heat it to approximately 70°C! Now add the apple juice, Aperol, and orange syrup to the pan until the syrup has completely dissolved. Garnish with finely sliced orange slices, cinnamon sticks, and rosemary, and enjoy warm.
