Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 ml Aperol
  • 750 ml white wine
  • 500 ml apple juice
  • 5 tbsp orange syrup
  • e.g. cinnamon stick(s), orange slices and rosemary, for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

First, heat the white wine in a saucepan over medium heat. Important: Do not allow the white wine to boil, but only heat it to approximately 70°C! Now add the apple juice, Aperol, and orange syrup to the pan until the syrup has completely dissolved. Garnish with finely sliced ​​orange slices, cinnamon sticks, and rosemary, and enjoy warm.
