Savory Pancakes with Vegetables

The perfect savory pancakes with vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 piece Zucchini
  • 2 piece Paprika
  • 2 piece Onions
  • 24 piece Olives
  • 1,5 packet Finished pancake batter
  • 1 liter Milk
  • 100 g Grated Parmesan
  • 16 piece Cherry tomatoes
  • 4 piece Clove of garlic
  • Thyme
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Chop the zucchini and peppers. Remove the core of the zucchini. Activate zucchini and paprika with salt, sugar and pepper (season). Put the oil in the pan and heat it up.
  2. Chop the onion, beat on the clove of garlic and add both ingredients to the pan along with the thyme. Put the olives in the pan. Cut the tomatoes in half and add to the pan.
  3. Add the milk to the finished pancake batter. Close the bottle and shake vigorously. Add activated vegetables to the pan and remove the garlic clove from the pan.
  4. Shake the pancake batter vigorously again and pour into the pan. Scatter grated Parmesan on top. Fry the pancake batter and always lift it up slightly at the edge. Arrange the finished pancakes.
