Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g wheat flour type 405 (extract flour)
- 125 g wholemeal flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
- ⅛ tsp nutmeg, grated
- 1 pinch of clove powder
- 1 tsp orange peel, grated
- 350 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 50 g raisins
- some oil
- some maple syrup
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Combine the flour with the baking powder, baking soda, and spices. Add the orange zest, raisins, and freshly squeezed orange juice and mix briefly. Heat oil in a nonstick pan and spread a little batter on the bottom of each pancake. Bake the pancakes and serve drizzled with maple syrup.
