- 30 g black peppercorns
- 30 g white peppercorns
- 10 g peppercorns, green, freeze-dried
- 10 g coriander
- 5 g cardamom pod(s)

Spice mix with pepper, coriander, cardamom
Finely grind the spices. Store in a dry, dark place. Poivre saveur can be purchased from mills in France. However, these are very expensive, and the spices are often old. Therefore, I grind my own blend in small batches. Poivre saveur is used primarily with meat dishes. But it also tastes good in salad dressings.
