Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 250 ml egg white
- 200 g cream cheese, grainy, light
- 50 g feta cheese, light
- 2 tbsp oat flakes
- salt and pepper
- Parsley
- some fat for frying or non-stick spray
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and blend with a hand blender or add directly to a blender. Cook the batter on both sides in a non-stick pan with a little fat over medium heat. After cooking, place the pancakes on kitchen paper and pat off any excess fat. This batter makes enough for 5 small pancakes, each containing 123 kcal.
